    Good luck! Hang in there!
Yup! Last two weeks was the only fast weight loss. I've gotten down to 235 from 265 before with just dieting. My goal for now is 235, after the wedding I want to get down to 200. I'm just not sure I can make it. At 235 I could wear size medium shirts and I didn't have much fat left to lose. I'm pretty damn solid, I don't like it, it was always harder on me because i like to skate and ride freestyle bmx.

Well at least your not one of those people that follow the diet of the month techniques. Just eating right is probably the best thing you can do. I'm lucky as far as always having jobs that keep me active, but every morning I hit the treadmill for 4 miles and every night it's sit ups push ups and chin ups til I can barely crawl into bed.

WoW! Congrats on your awesome results!

I actually finished my first round of P90X a couple of weeks ago. You can check out my results from the program on this post on my blog-

If anyone has any questions about P90X, let me know!

What kind of exercise program are you getting on?

The only reason I exercise is because of the energy and how good I feel all the time. I hardly ever get sick, I sleep like a drunk baby all the time and can work 60 hour weeks and still party all weekend no problemo.
