The garage of a low-life.

I really kinda miss this truck, high miles, rough on the edges, but still ran good.

I need to take some more recent pics but here are some of my baby.

This is my favorite picture of it by far^

I was snapping some pics of the engine for sale so I figured I would....

take a few of my garage, please ignore the mess and the dust.

VVVAlthough pricey, this thing is the best investment I have ever madeVVV

My poor GTO. I brought it home because my explicit language father used it as a buffet table so to speak. A month later my ceiling starts falling in on my car!! I tore the rest of the ceiling down and now I can not keep the dust out to save my life. The car needs to be re-painted again anyway. I wasn't happy with the job the body shop did and I would rather go back to factory color now that I have thought about it all. But she will be ready to hit the streets soon I hope.

a couple of my installs..

This first is my neighbor's Tacoma, she had complaints of the radio not turning on/off with the key and none of her speakers worked. Gee, I wonder why? for power they ran a 12ga wire straight to the battery, no fuse, I was surprised the radio actually worked still. I was also surprised to find one of the factory harnesses still intact, but to keep it clean with everything else I cut it and hardwired everything
Before. This is how NOT to do it....

... and after I performed my magic.....

Prepped alarm ready to go into my lil bro's new camry

....and the finish (not my best work but I'm still proud of it)....

some stragglers

proper 4ga ground

My friend's 05 Silverado ready for 2-DIN Kenwood DVD. He wanted steering wheel controls, Ipod, and Bose and Onstar interfaced. He bought all of this without my knowledge (I would have steered him away from the Bose since he was also adding subs), but with the internal crossover setting on the Kenwood it all worked out well.

Wiring harness my brother put together, I taught him well. We didn't have any heat-shrink so we used the good ole super 33+.

After Trainhorn install

Nothing much changed, I found a Siege Engineering Anvil horn kit on craigslist for cheap so I got it. I used 2 relays and a toggle switch so I was able to use the horn button and switch between normal horn and air horn. While I was in there I decided to tidy up some more and move my bass knob to the console, directly under the power outlets. I will snap a few of the tank/ compressor and horn install after I make a few finishing touches.

See, my truck gets offensive from time to time.....

This was taken after our huge snow. It took a week to be able to drive it but after I could, it got nice and dirty.
