    speed density tune

    What excactly is a speed density tune, and if i go to my perfomance and dyno tuning shop, are they gonna look at me funny when i say i want one?
    02' silverado ext. cb 2wd , 5.3 liter 325c.i. LM7, ported and polished throttlebody with bypass, Jannetty Racing 87 octane dyno tune, cold air intake with custom ram air, Heavy duty built 4l60e with vette servo, Z-pac clutches, "The Beast" Sunshell, transgo shift kit, yukon 4.10 gears with true trac, custom exhaust with Moroso Spiralflow, no cats, MSD 8.5 race wires, NGK TR55's

    no, i just wanted to know what it was and if i could benefit more from that than a dyno tune. i think i could get a lot more out of my truck, it feels like its seriously being held back down low either by the tune or somthin like plugs, wires, faulty maf or sensors.

    maybe do a tune up new plugs an wires, clean the fuel lines and stuff. maybe do some thing with your air flow?

    yeah, plugs and wires soon, and i change fuel filter every oil change. i beat the hell out of it, but i maintain it very well. i spare no expense when it comes to maintenance. my brother in law cant believe my truck is still running.
