"Married" meaning running new LS computer while retaining factory guages, ac/heat controls, 4wd, etc. I'm in the process of "marrying" my harness from a '00 camaro to my 1988 k1500 factory harness. Going ok so far. All i have left is fuel pump relay, and to somehow find which wires go to SES light in the cluster so i can hook the wires from the new computer to it.

    transfercase questions for swap

I need help on my swap. I have a 2002 6.0 and a 4L80e. Its goin in a 94 silverado z71 4x4 with a 241C transfer case. What are my options for hooking up my transfer case to the 4L80e. (its the manual lever shift style transfercase)

While im typing this, I'll throw in that I have a 4L60e FOR SALE with 75k miles on it if anyone needs one for their swap

This is prob a dumb question but I have a 93 gmc z71 with 5.7 tbi. Is there any engine accessories I can reuse for my ls1 swap?

only thing is the a/c compressor if you decide to get an aftermarket bracket.

I would like to drop a carbed LS1 in my 2dr 2wd Hoe.

Is there a complete parts list anywhere?
    Thanks
not trying to be an ass but what is the point of doing an ls swap if you are keeping a carb? just my opinion but if doing all this work why not keep the best part EFI?

What all will need to be done on the harness if I'm swapping into a 1980 K10? (mainly switches such as brake ignition etc?)
Also will the stock T case from an 87 Suburban bolt on to the 4l80e?

    Thanks Much!

the depenability and power from these ls engines is way better than a gen 1 sbc. a carb on an ls motor will still give you great drivablitiy and power.
