The only reason I exercise is because of the energy and how good I feel all the time. I hardly ever get sick, I sleep like a drunk baby all the time and can work 60 hour weeks and still party all weekend no problemo.

P90x SUUUUUUUCKS!!!!!!!! I am way out of shape. Holy crap it was bad. I used to be like Devin, I just wasn't much for the excersize. I can do about as many chin ups as Justin. I used to work 50 hr weeks and still party like a rockstar, then the mid-20's happened. I blame my workmostly though, I basically sit and build stuff for 9 hours a day. I used to crawl in and out of boats, trucks, cars, trunks, and things like that for 9 hours. It makes a huge difference when you stay active.

Brad I saw you at chilis too but I couldn't catch ya in time, you were out the door quickly. Then we got on the freeway behind you. Ashlei said " remember, you aren't in your truck." I told her:" it wouldn't matter anyway, but I guess it's more fun than this jeep".

i guess im the little guy here...5'9" and 152lbs at 2-3% body fat consuming a (no BS) 6000 calorie diet. I dropped from 152 to 146.5 in four hours saturday to make sure i still can. I've been training for the cage for 8 years and powerlifting, competeing for strength for 6.

congrats on the weight loss, cardio's a pain

I promise you aren't the only one. It is impossible for me to gain weight unless I drink 2-3 protein shakes, 5-6 meals, and a scoop of peanut butter every night. I'm 5'11, 163. Have been for two years. In HS I was way bulked up at 5'10, 185 and I actually felt way better then. I just don't have time to work out with school and now 60+ hour work weeks.

And like you, I really know how to drop weight. I wrestled my freshman and sophomore years of HS.
