    yeah im talking about the push rods, and that shop *ucking crazy. You can do it your self, just take your time and its not that bad. go to ls1howto, and they have a pretty detailed instruction, for the f-body, but there really no difference as far as the motor part go's
    Master power t-76 kbracing, Intercooled, 11psi, tr220 cam, patriot dual springs, 72lbrs, snow meth, walbro, efans, 80e, tansgo, yank 3200.

    30 hours for that job is very excessive. However, $25/hr is extremely low. Where are shop rates that low?? Most knowledgable & certified techs who are any good command that $25/hr as their wage! Your shop must not pay very well, so they can have low rates(which may be why they need 30 hours...)

    lol no, they charge $80 a hour, my cost is $25 but our techs are all bout the $$$$ an are sticking me with the hours its either 30hr/$25 or 7hrs/$80 lol

    depending on how well it is tuned im pretty sure the tr220 would sound really lumpy in a 4.8 ive heard a few on youtube and depending on the exhaust setup to they can sound real lumpy plus it would have the balls to back it up... i just think youll be pissed once you get past the all show and no go stage.. trust me ive been there with the old 4.3 and 10k later im a hell of a lot happier.

    That makes no sense. 12 hours is probably closer (I don't have my Mitchell account handy) but figure that at $80-120 not $25. Adds up to a lot more.

    lol my service rate is $25 a hour since i work at the dealership...

    a regular coustomer is $80 a hour...

    sure im gettin a low hour cost but they are sticking it to me on the time..
