    I have been around. Sold my CPA firm, Tried to move to Italy, Gave up on Italy, Got a job in Austin, Bought a new home downtown in Austin. bla bla bla.

    Glad to hear all is well. Italy would bum you out anyway so be thankful its a place to visit and you don't have to live there. Just drive a few miles up I-35 and you can visit Italy any day of the week, just south of Waxahachie.

    Dude I am the President of an HOA. F them. They can't make you park in your garage. I know. I hate being the Prez too. Some many idiots complaining. So and so looked at me wrong blah blah blah.

    I moved to the neighborhood knowing it was one of the rules. The developer is in partnership with the City of Austin on this one. I could fight, but I doubt it would be worth it in the long run.

    In the meantime, I'm trying to decide what to replace my truck with. I've been considering an S-10 with an LS-1 conversion. (grin)
