we made some progress on it tonight, finally got the timing ironed out, and making our way through the VE table. Its tough starting from scratch with a Pure SD 2 bar VE in a large stalled auto turbo truck....
but we will get it
Timing is still in the mid-high teens and AFR is high 10s-low 11s. I work up to the tune, not down. one piece pistons are good 
I would say SOTP it feels like 450~ rwhp. Plenty for 8#s and the current state of tune. I also think there might be some spool left on the table with the current exhaust leak. Boost holds nice, no worries there.
