I have never seen a "hardly a picture", almost sponsor-like "hey I'm advertising here" topic like this without something being done.

Can I make a topic advertising my goods and services without paying to be a sponsor?

It's odd this one has items for sale that are not only not pictured but do not yet exist....

Oh well.
