    well this place seems to be the best gen III swap recource so i singed up hope you guys can help me oh by the way im putting a 4.8 and 4l60e in my 55 for fairlane some time in the near future im in the process of pulling the donor motor then my my plans are a cam and headers dont want to tear too deap into the motor just want to pull a few more horses than stock even stock the 4.8 is faar supiror to the 292 y block thats in it and haveing that overdrive will just be the iceing on the cake thanks in advance for youre help

    Welcome Going to get a custom fuel tank made for it? Who makes those nice stainless tanks, Rock Valley?

    i think im going to just modify the stock one and go with an external fule pump but im not shure what punp to use yet

    It all depends on what you want to spend on a fuel pump. The Walbro 255 LPH unit is perfect, least expensive of all. There is a Bosch unit and an Aeromotive unit but they're both overkill in most applications.
