What's up everyone. I've got a couple questions and any help/opionions would be awesome.

I'm ready to start spending some money on my truck and I really want to dip into the 11's. My truck is an 06 GMC rcsb, 5.3, magnacharger with stock pully, magnaflow exhaust, and has a 373 posi. Best time so far is a mid 13 sec run with stock tires.

    My question is....
With a healthy cam, larger pulley, meth kit, stall converter, a decent tune, and some tires that will stick.. Could this be an 11 sec truck?

Another goal of mine is to keep the truck fairly streetable. It's not a daily driver but I use it pretty often to haul the toys.

    One more question..
Does anybody know "roughly" how much more power could be expected if I did the same mods listed above on a LQ9 6.0?

Is there anyone on here who has a 5.3 reg cab with the mods listed above and what kind of times have they run?

There are guys on here running N/A 5.3s at 12.5 seconds. With a s/c you ought to be able to find the 11s.

I dont see why, especially with the mods you are thinking of, that you cant be in the 11's. As Red mentioned, there are a couple of guys with no power adders running mid 12's. I am shooting for low 12's in my '92 with a n/a 5.3. Start with the cheap mods, especially tires to hook and see where your at.

Start with a 2800-3200 RPM stall convertor, 4.10 gears, drag radial tires, limited slip differential and possibly some Caltrac traction barsCalvert Racing. That will bring your times down instantly.

What/Who tuned your truck as it is now????

Get that thing to put the power to the ground first, then work up.
