Altons truck is almost back from paint. Went and checked it out today. They are doing the final buff on it. We didnt go for a $10,000 paint job, but for the money, it looks great.
Truck was painted and cleared under the hood along with the core support. Roll pan was added and the seams filled, front bumper and grill painted. There was a hole in the roof and holes in the bed where rails were. All were filled perfectly. Some of the interior trim was painted to match the exterior.
Door hinge pins were replaced too.
Short block full of stroker crank, forged rods, and Wiseco pistons will be ready this week too.
Then, some assembly starts. 4l80, Fuddle stall, 2 step, big fuel system, etc... to come soon!!

Can't wait to see it together! I'd give you a hand but I've got my own problems to work on right now. Gonna pull the shortblock out tomorrow. Let's see some pics of it when you get it back. We need some in-process photos.

Went to pick it up, but had them touch up a few places. A few specs in the clear coat.
Hope to pick it up tomorrow.
