Ramjet coming

Hey guys,I am getting a Ramjet here real soon to put on my 97.This will be needed anyway when the 383 comes along but I am getting this ramjet first to put on this 350 until the 350 goes.
This 350 now is running great and pretty strong,especially on the bottle.LOL Has great compression as I tested it 3 weeks ago again and burns no oil,so I am gonna run this 350 till is goes.Here is a pic of what is coming real soon

That will be different. Keep us informed on how the install goes. Does it come with a PCM that you can tune?

Your going to love that RAM JET!! Awesome!! Definitley needed as a an upgrade on these vortec engines. Check this one out, one of the guys who worked on my truck has this.

Very nice TimZ,seen that one here before.
It does not come with the harness or computer but I am goin to use my current PCM,I have tuning software so it is no biggie there,just getting those injectors goin.Other than that it should not be bad,I am getting it even if it is a pain the ass but oh well.LOL

DontEVER hesitate to ask something you would like to know, That&#39;s why were here&#33; The RAM JET is a Fuel injection intake manifold from GM for a way to add fuel injection to non Fuel inj. Engines. It also comes in two engine versions, the RAM JET 350 cubic inch smallblock, and a RAM JET 502 Bigblock which kicks major ass&#33;&#33; This manifold is an upgrade for 96-99 vortec truck engines because it has an injector for each cylinder. The older vortec manifold has one injector that divides fuel up with poppet valves for each cylinder. Bottom line the ram jet will give your engine more fuel for Nitrous or Turbo/superchager applications.

LOL you are gith Chris,but this is zsomething that has to be done before a 383 will go in there.Hell the stock injection will not even run the 383 I am gonna have built N/A but this ramjet will have no problems with it.
I have great help that is gonna do it with me,he knows exactly what he is doin so I am not worried about it.I just want to get that thing and put it on my desk in my garage so I can stare at it for a few weeks and drool.
Iw ould imagine it will gained alittle HP also seeing the stock maifolds flow like crap,so I am hoping to see 310+RWHP after.I am right at 300rwhp now N/A some how,but after the cam went in there it started running alot better

sounds sweet, im guessing the new engines have technology that bypasses trhe need for this then since they r fuel injected? thats neat tho. thanks for the information&#33;

YES, the Gen 3 V-8&#39;s have an injector for each cylinder, not the 4.3 V-6 though.
