SDPC2000.com or gmpartsdirect.com I prefer SDPC2000.com for my purchases since GMPD screws you on shipping and handling charges.
You might check with Allen on what he can get you.
Springs will be needed according to the cam you get. LS6 springs are cheap through SDPC, like $60 a full set. SDPC also has a full dual spring set good for .650 lift made by MANLEY and they are $299 with titanium retainers and keepers included.

I got my cam off of ebay for $150 and the springs from gmpartsdirect for $89 i believe. I have the '02 LS6 cam, i posted my dyno numbers from it awhile back. I gained 41rwhp with just the cam/springs upgrade. I didnt change pushrods but I would highly recommend it, mine makes a bit of valvetrain clatter now. Allen recommended the 7.4" comp rods.

No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106
i still wouldnt get that cam for a 4x4 truck... ask allen, he's gonna tell you about the low end loss and you would need a 2600-3200stall for it. Its only 116-118lsa which makes awesome uptop power, but suks azz below 4k
i was about to get the ls6 cam, but i didnt want to lose my low end

Allen actually recommended the LS6 cam for my 4x4, and you wont lose a ton of low end, its a very minimal loss. The lsa is 117.5. The torque cuve is much flatter and is more of an upward slope than before so it pulls through all the shifts. The main part of the powerband actually starts right at 3k, thats where is starts to rocket up. Best of all I have lost NO driveability and power still kicks ass down low.

cool.. i didnt know that.. i have the same basic cam just on 114 lsa and mine comes in around 3k also. I really need to get a tb2600 or some small stall then she would be good to gobut man, when it hits 3k, hold on

Yeah that TB stall would be almost perfect, thats what I am looking for.
