I'm considering putting some after market torsion bar cam arms on to raise my pickup 2.5 inches. It is a cheap way to lift, but I'm worried that it will make the velocity joint angle very steep and cause them and the rest of the front end to wear rapidly. Has anyone had any experience with these. I really wouldn't mind a stiffer ride anyways. The chevy pickup is only lacking in its front end and transfer case quality(new process should be shot). thanks for the help.

Ps anyone know of a company that makes better internals for the halfton manual newprocess transfercase. The plastic planetary gears are not much.

plastic internals in a NP transfer case?!?!?! You're right, they should ashamed of themselves. They should be exposed for their poor engineering.
