Yes, it will but you will still need to make mods for the harness. you'll probably find what you're looking for in the LT1 swap forum.

LS1 swap should work too if all you want to do is swap engines. You only have to buy adapters from Street and Performance or make them yourself and the engine will fit right in. True, the LT1 was a drop right in fit. The LS1 just adds the expense of motor mount adapters.
