    Water/Meth Check valve problem

    Guys,

I have an AEM w/m system in my truck and the check valve was dripping some.

Now, my mechanic open it up for cleaning and all inner parts just jump out.

He doesn't have a clue how to reassemble it. Can anyone help me with a picture or schematics of it?

I put some pics so you know what part I'm talking about.

    Thank in advance guys

Not sure how how the rest of it goes together but the doing is gonna go on the opposite side of the ball from the direction of flow.

I would agree. From experience on other check valves not this one specifically it would be:
From pump, housing, check ball, ball holder, spring, washer, end of valve

    TURBO MIC PERFORMANCE
    MAZZULLA OFF-ROAD
    KING SHOCKS

Any parts store should have some sort of check valve you could make work.

I figure that one out too.

Thing is they don't carry 1/4" OD with 16psi rating !!!!!

    Top is 12 psi

Why is that needed? I've never used one but if it helps might add it.
