    Lightbulb LS1-Syclone Detail

Bruce's black TBSS needs some love so he asked me to take a look at it after detailing his red jeep. For a family vehicle the paint wasn't that bad.. Paint just had some swirls and lots of water spots. Got rid of them, just have a few little spots to touch up tomorrow.

    Steps:
    Wash
    Clay
Reclay because someone decided to spray something and get over spray everywhere LOL...
    Light swirl remover compound
    Medium cutting compound
    polish / wax

    Afters:

Nice work, Ricky, as usual. Have you ever tried wet sanding to get rid of orange peel before polishing. My next "new" vehicle I want it smooth as silk new and I cannot stand the factory wrinkle look!

    Looks good!

Most sports require one ball, motocross requires two.

Racing isn't a matter of life and death, it's much more important than that.

    Thanks,
I have looked into it a few times. It takes a lot of skill to do it correctly. With how cheap factory paint is now, you really need to purchase a tool that reads the clear coat thickness so you don't cut into the paint. Also my buffer only spins 6800 opms, which I wouldn't think has the guts to correctly bring the polish back. It's something I will try on my own though. I have seen a few people do it and it's amazing the difference.
