    well guys with this nice gm discount and all...i took off tha turbo and traded the truck for a loaded '05 z66 avalanche.sandstone color and no body armor.im gonna start my '93 scsb biuld sometime in the near future and thats what the turbos going on anyway...so i decided to pull it off and trade.the avalanche didnt have 30 miles on it and it had a nelson tune in it. ..i averaged 18.8 mpg on the way home driving 75.. .i miss tha turbo truck already but was gonna have to do it sooner or later...

    Sounds nice! At least now you will be able to focus on your 93.
    No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106

    Yep, they look like a chop top Suburban. And before anyone says anything, I know that's what they are. But I like the Clad-less Avalanches lots. Congratulations!

    i absolutely hated the look of them with all that body armor..then the '05's came out without it and they look alot better...too bad they did'nt have any with the 5.3 ho motor avaliable
