Awsome job bro! I sure hope that mine turns out that clean. I finally have all of the wiring and under hood fuse box removed from mine and have the engine ready to pull in the morning if it's not raining too hard.

Beautiful work. Lance, I expect yours to look that nice plus some. It has to compliment your truck's outside appearance, which is going to be tough to do.

    Ebay listing
Hey, are you selling it on Ebay or is someone stealing your pictures for a fraudulent Ebay advertisement?

Greg, I'm pretty anal when it comes to looks! LOL Got the motor sitting loose, just got to pull the hood when I get home today and the motor will come right out if the weather is permits. I think the wiring will take the longerst for me.

awesome. how different is the swap in the first gen than the third. i've got the conversion manual for the 2002 is it pretty much the same for an 89? I'm needind to know if the firewall should be moved back for clearance or anything. My plans are for a pretty much custom install. the truck i have has NO interior, it will all be fabricated. im hoping this will allow me to move the harness to a more centered cab position that way there isn't the need for it to be lengthened. any help anyone can provide on a first gen s-10 ls1 swap would be awesome. my e-mail is r_d_butler@sbcglobal.net im phantomterror on yahoo and blacak2002ls on aim

THATS AWESOME DUDE! Before I bought my fullsize I actually wanted a S-10 for the LS1 swap but at that time the full size came cheaper so I had no choice. In anycase, that is a clean swap. Props.
