just blast the collector bolts with pb blaster all day and let them soak. i did this and it took me 2 hours. i also had to screw with the egr tube at the time so yours might go quicker.

easy easy...take out the inner fender wells and it makes the job a ton easier. tighten the header bolts before you hook up the exhaust or youll never get the bolts tight.

soak every bolt in a oenitrating lubricant for a day... i mean go hit it like every hour to make sure it gets in... especially the collectors, and manifold bolts.... i broke off a bolt in the manifold... and i ended having to get the head pulled, and machined

Buy a left handed drill bit at the local industrial tool supply store when drilling out a broken stud. Take a center punch and rap on the broken stud a few time before drilling to hopefully break the corrosion between the aluminum and steel. The LH drill will sometimes pull the bolt out for you. Be careful you don't break the easy-out in the hole, the only way to get it out after that is a grinding stone in a dremel or such tool.
