Angry NNBS guys chime in plz

Do y'all have any trouble finding decently priced parts for your truck? I'm used to my 02 and having pretty much everything available and easily found at the autoparts store. But I have been on the search for a battery and it seems like they are all sold out or they don't sell the battery that goes in the truck because of some new type of design or something. Something about the posts being different. I'm begining to get ticked off at the prices they want for simple crap on our trucks now...

What batteries do y'all have in your truck or suggest. I would go back with a yellow top but since they moved their factory down to mexico the quality and longevity of their batteries have dropped considerably...

the sad thing is its no longer a side post set up, plus the battery is smaller than your regular battery. plus its on the firewall of the passenger fender like the honda civics which is very annoying. the tray isnt big enough to run a yellow top or bigger battery that i know of.
the o2 sensors are 240.00 i already found that out.
09+ trucks dont come with a tensioner on the AC belt like the older trucks, but it has the bolt holes that allow you to add it.
LTs are more costly bc they say the older LTs dont fit, but im running the 99-07 classic LTs on my 08. it sucks that the ecsb/ccsb come with a 1 piece driveshaft vs the 2peice but oh well. drop kits are a little more expensive plus a pita bc you have to cut the shackle hanger off to be able to run a 5 or 6" drop

The good news never stops lol!

I mean I'm happy with the (slow) truck, but just wish I had done a little more research on small things like this that are already starting to nickle and dime me to death at an early stage...

Any more good stuff anybody knows about this stuff?

I dont have a NNBS but SVR makes some quality batteries that I would go with over Optima any day.

There is a battery tray in front of the fuse box in my wort truck. You don't have one?

Yeah it's there, but then I'd have to spend the extra coin to re-route the new cables and whatnot to get it over there.... I may just get a battery to hold me over and then just do a relocate and put it in the back

    (that's what she said)

Yeah, you can only get replacement wiper blades from the dealer. About $20 a piece. They told me there should be some after-market ones coming out soon but that was a few months ago.
