I have for sale my Hypertech Power Programmer 3 PN# 30023. I used it on my truck for a couple of months. I am going to get a Nelson Tune but need to sell this first. It worked GREAT, I noticed a huge improvement over stock. I am only selling because I need my VATS disabled and you can only get that from a custom tune. It retails for $400, I am asking $275 for it. Here are the specs:

    2001 Trucks & SUV's 4.3/4.8/5.3/6.0/8.1L

    Features:
ncreasing horsepower and torque is as simple as pushing a button with Hypertech's Power Programmer III! Simply plug the Power Programmer into the underdash diagnostic plug, answer a series of "Yes/No" questions, and the Power Programmer does the rest. The Power Programmer is much more than a tuning chip. It is a self-contained automotive tuning computer!

The Power Programmer lets you choose Hypertech's Power Tuning program for regular 87 octane or premium 93 octane gasoline. Both options improve performance without detonation. After the tuning program is selected, the Programmer automatically installs the program and allows you to access and reprogram the vehicle's computer to function properly with aftermarket components such as non-stock tire sizes and rear-end gear ratios

Not only with your power programmer do you get Hypertech Power tuning for optimizing engine performance, but you can switch between 87 and 93 octane fuel tuning, modify the rev limiter, change the cooling fan On/off temps, change transmission shift points, Transmission shift firmness, change Top speed limiter, change speedometer and odometer for tire size change, and read and clear DTC's.

If I remember correctly you have to return your PCM back to the stored stock tune in the programmer before anyone buying it will be able to use the programmer. Otherwise it will be useless to the buyer without having to send back the Hypertech for reprogramming at a fee.
