well finally saw the damage and thankfully its not as bad as the police were making it out to be. Basically gonna have to repaint the tail gate replace all plastics and emblems and get a new tail light. could have been alot worse.

my brother goes to San Diego state and right now he has my truck down there. he parked it in a parking structure in front of a 90 something ( i think 95 or 96) F150, which i was told had a bunch of recalls for catching on fire. well the ford caught fire and burned down and sense he parked in front of him my truck got some burn marks. Luckily tho i found out a random student was walking by saw the flames ran and grabbed the emergency fire hose and put the fire out before any more damage was caused to my truck and other surrounding vehicles. Lucky you had a good samaritan around. I would have probably watched the old Ford burn and not done a thing until it was too late.
