I have LT9 motor it has stock heads. I want to work them but i dont know how much right now they are 10 to 1 comp i want to make them 11in half to1 or just 11to 1. what should do or tell the machine shop to work them.

Exactly, WTH is an LT9?
Good luck boosting that much compression. 1.5:1 is probably around .188" of the surface of the head and you don't normally have that much to work with and if you did you'd probably crash valves into pistons.
Buy new heads with smaller compression domes.

Lq9....maybe...if so that is pushing it for the comp ratio for a boosted motor
80-89 350. We dont fix those, we replace those with Gen3 engines. Anyone need a boat anchor?
Put some small dome DART heads on there if you just must run that dinosaur.
