stock 5.3 tune from repository will not load!

I have truck that I turboed and the tune just doesn't seem to ever be good so seeing's how allen took my stock 5.3 tune I tried to get a tune off the Hp tuners repository but none say they are compatible with my computer what's the deal I am attempting to put it back to stock without taking to the dealership!

well nelson would need to unlock your tune ( pcm )

i take it you have hptuners?

if so it is gonna cost you credits if you use a tune of another vechicle, i'd be careful using other tunes not all are the same. get with allen and let him retune it back to stock..

Well the computer that I have is the stock 5.3 tune that was not locked the problem is that it has been tuned by another tuner and I don't think he saved that file and Allen and I are not on speaking terms, so why can't I use the tunes off Hp tuners my computer won't except any of them I have tried two!

you cannot put someone else's tune into your PCM. Edit their values into your tune. First, download your complete tune from the truck and then compare the other tune to your's and copy the values from their tune into your's so that you can load it. If your PCM is locked you won't be able to tune it, FWIW. If you can read your tune you can program it, if you've purchased a license for that PCM.

yeah a stock tune and turbo equals instant destruction. That will be blamed on NP, too.

Well all I wanted to do is put stock injectors and stock tune back in and see if the engine runs any smoother it feels like it is about to blow up may be the engine is damaged not sure but I am about to find the nearest cliff to drive it off!
