Thread: Finally put the Nelson tune in

    Well i finally got around to puting my nelson tune on my Sierra Denali, I put about 600 miles on it and as of right now I gained 7 tenths of a sec acording to my G-tech.

    ooooo, that's a lot of gain. I'm scared to think how slow my truck would be stock with the oversized shoes it's got now. Maybe 18sec...

    I am real happy at the way that that 6.0 is responding to mods. So far this is what i have done. Edelbrock ceramic coated shortie headers, Magnaflow duals ( dual 2 3/4) K&N FIPK, MSD 8.5 Wires, Nelson 93 Tune 60% tm Removed. As most already know Denali's come stock with 4.10's so that is a plus to. I have some gtech times, not sure how acurate they are, i have read that some people have tested them at the track and said they are like within .02 so i dont know.

    shoudda took 100% of the torque mgmt out...it woudda ran alot better

    Tranny is still all stock. 4L65E I would like to build it up however i have another project in the works
