    ss 454 silverado

    im thinking of purchasing a 91 ss 454. for some reason i have always liked these trucks and have kept my eye out for one and ive came across a decent deal one on. im going to look at it this weekend and see if its in good shape.

    Agreed with Tyler, there cool factor heavily outweighs there performance. I think it'd be cool to build a clone with a 454 LSX

    buddy has one...even with cam/heads/intake he's barely touching 13's...sharp trucks none-the-less
    blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

    clean trucks, cousin has one lowered with rims has some performance stuff. got a good deal on his got it for $1,500

    yeah i know they perform like as good as a snow blower but its like others said its the cool factor. its a clean looking truck and its cool to know its a factor big block truck.

    I would more than likely get one if I had the chance/money. But I think my next purchase is going to be a crew cab dually.

    I would love to build an LSX 454 and drop it in my SSS so I could badge it as an SS454. And when pigs snowski in hell that will happen...
