Probably, the Corvette motor mounts are in the same general area as the trucks. I'd be more concerned about differential and front driveshaft clearance.
That said, the regular truck manifolds fit between the frame rails and the takedowns are rearward. They are just as good a flowing manifold as any of the others.. aside from an LS7.. The BEST flowing GM manifolds are the TRailblazer 5.3/6.0L manifolds, the outlets are a little closer together too. But, since GM built 100 Fullsize V8 trucks for every V8 Trailblazer/Envoy Denali/Buick Rainier/Saab 97x/Isuzu Ascender, the full size truck manifolds are much easier to find..
