    i drilled the bottom hole first (for my turbo oil return) well i did the corect 3 drill bit step up thing went 3/16 to a 3/8 to a 9/16 (the size hole u need for the 3/8 npt tap) so first bits go through like butter nice neat holes then after buying 2 yes 2 9/16 bits today i get one that fits my drill press stick it go to drill the hole and it cut it rough and wabbled out some and wouldent tap, the hole with the fitting i drilled one hole with the crapy 9/16 bit and it did fine through the tap through it and put the fitting in now i have to dig up another front cover...

    no i drilled the hole with the press, taped by hand

    cus ive never welded aluminum and its quicker than goin to jon's i wish i would have thought about it when i did the valve covers
