    e-fans problem

    i put efans on my truck a while back. and had them on a switch with a fuse. so about 2 weeks ago i got around to putting a harness and all that stuff on them. they work good and all. but i cant notice a diff in speed of the fans with the engine temp. and my ac is hella hot. no matter what. even when im on the freeway.i need to get it fixed fast cause ima be on the road for awhile this weekend.TIA

    did you update the tune for the efans with the harness?

    And did you wire them up to the a/c compressor so they turn faster with the a/c on.

    We need to know more about your harness design and who's.
    If the harness isn't setup for dual action, then that's one reason, if you don't have it triggered by the a/c wire, that's one problem.
    The pcm won't have a hi /lo function, just one trigger.

    Try to manually activate your relays, and see if they are working.
    If your setup is wired for dual speeds.

    my fans are off of a Impala. So i bought the harness for an Impala. The fans turn on fine and everything. I put the ones to the ac compressor to the 'prime'.because i havent had time to get the tune updated.and it is set up for dual
