The Manhattan Project - BUILD THREAD

Ok so you have heard my story and the long journey my truck has taken. Many years ago when this project started it was named by a gentleman at Audiobahn by the name of Jeff Oliver. It was Dubbed "The Manhattan Project" by the staff there because of the insane amount of wattage it was going to run. The name stuck and spread like wildfire. It only seems fitting that she still has the same name today. So from this point on, if someone say talks about the Manhattan Project, well, you should think of me.

Cjriojas told me to start my thread here, so don't shoot the new kid if it's in the wrong spot. There will be an engine swap SOMEDAY, but not for some time. In the mean time, please enjoy the on slot of pics that I will provide. Feel free to chime in as you feel needed.

You may follow my build everyday live on webcast, sorry if it sucks, it's free and the best I'm willing to put for as of now. If you care to stop in and check up on me and my progress (and make sure I'm still moving, it's a hot mother out there) please go here WebcamNow Video Chat you will need to tell them you are 18 of course, then click on friends and family, and then sign in as visitor and look for EZRado2, it is free to you and me, so log in and enjoy some LS1Truck TV. lol

Hmmm, having image upload issues. Look for pics soon.

you could go to the My Garage section if you want to document the build without having to put up with comments from the peanut gallery.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709

Ok here's what I have been up too in the last week. I got new doors front and rear, and got the handles shaved. I got new fenders, and my new hood from Keystone. They are on as well as the headlights mounting deals and the front bumper. I have all the body cladding, the new rear bumper, reverse radar system, oh and of course my new bed! I have a new radiator the big one and a dual fan setup from GM. I will need some help in setting this up and getting it wired in folks so if anyone has the info on that, please send er my way. I got a new condenser in (not instaleld yet, but here) and umm....., hmm, oh my windsheild got here too. I still need a pass side glass though, and any ideas on door poppers that dont go BANG, God I hate that.

I have gotten the pass side wheel well cladding peices together and the door claddings on.

Ok I think that's it for now. I have been a busy boy this week.

It fits the driver side rear door. It's not done, that's just the first adjustment.

Thanks, I wish it was glass. It's TPO plastic real pain in the butt. It's been fun though. Thanks for the good words, I consider myself very good at glass work, I have done it for years.
