    Schoenfeld LT's

hey guys i want to get a set of Schoenfeld LT's for my swap as im still running the junk manifolds. my question is, does anyone know if they can weld a triangular exhaust flange to the long tubes before having them Ceramic coated? something like this? i want to be able to disasemble my exhaust if needed but really dont want to ruin the ceramic coating by welding to them after they are already coated. has anyone had this done? thanks guys.

You will hate the 3 bolt and gasket design...it will leak and leak and leak, did I say leak. Use a ball flange kit like this one, they are easy to take apart, no gaskets, and work flawlessly. Flowmaster 15930 - Flowmaster Ball Flange Kits

Yea...I would go with that ball flange or some V band clamps...no gaskets = the way to go.

Doug is good to work with over there at Schoenfelds...they are local to me...

Let me know if you want me to pick them up and try them on for you
