question about 4.8 to 6.0 swap

I'm gonna be doin a 6.0 swap to my ecsb with a 4.8. Will all my accessories from the 4.8 swap over? And what year 6.0's will be a direct fit to my harness?

Its all a simple swap over. You'll need to check the PN on your injectors to see if they're different sizes. Get a tune to update the PCM for the larger displacement and possibly different injectors.

The only 6.0 that you want to stay away from are the 99-00 with the longer crank snout on the back. Those will only bolt up to a 4L80E.

The sensor location and accessory bolt holes are identical on all of the GENIII 4.8/5.3/6.0

SCHWEET. I'm gonna be trying to get a 4l80 or T-56 to hook up to the 6.0. I figured all the accessories would match, just wanted to make sure. My plans are to get the 6.0 this winter and build it up on the stand and drop it in when it starts getting warmer. I'm gonna try to get a short block then get a head and cam package for it. Nelson tune, 90mm fast or L92 intake, efans, LT's and ORY and a lil go-go juice. should run okay. Any other suggestions to add to my list would be great.
