Ebay is a great place to get them. Get them made of steel and you can place the engine where you want it and weld tabs from the rubber mount up to the adapter plates.

I made my first one off of a drawing that is stored on here somewhere. The second ones I used were made by NITROUS, another member on here, out of stainless. All others I have been associated to came from the Ebay seller and come with all the bolts you'll need.

eBay Motors: LS1 LS6 CONVERSION MOTOR MOUNTS ADAPTER PLATES (item 330253032462 end time Jul-21-08 20:47:18 PDT)

This is the style I use. It moves the engine just a little forward to clear the back of the intake manifold to the firewall on the LS1 engine.
