Do you have any performance truck shops around your area? Go ask them if they have some take-off pipes you can cut the flanges off of. Salvage yards usually send the flanges with the take-out engine. You could trace the shape of the manifold flange onto some cardboard and then go to a weld shop and have them burn you out a pair from 3/8" plate. Then all you'd have to do is get pipe welded to them and drill some holes for the bolts. Oh yeah, gaskets.

Buy some long tubes and you don't have to hassle with the flanges.

say i do go the route of making my own flanges what size exhaust piping do i need? and id have to flare the ends correct? and do both manifolds have those half circle rounded inserts in the end or just 1 side? only one of mine has one.

I used flat paper gaskets on both mine with the fbody manifolds, no doughnut gasket. No flaring required, just weld pipe directly to the new flanges. You could be slick and weld the pipe inside the flange though.

yeah that sounds much easier that leaky gaskets i guess ill go that route...what size exhaust pipe do the flanges use any idea?

2.25" I think. Measure the opening in the manifold and try to get ID tubing close to the same size.
