    Dodge Dakota 5.9 R/T

Coming back from getting all of my parts today and just had a real quick run from about a 60 roll. He started first, I got on it, caught him, passed him, but then had to stop because I was coming up on a car and didn't have time to get in front of him. He gave me a thumbs up though, so it was cool. Not a clue what they run, but it was a pretty easy win.

they put a big v-8 in every thing and are still slow. 360's are big heavy, out dated hunks of iron, durable, but slow. good kill

    Thumbs up hey

the dakota R-T runs in the 15s stock! There was a guy at the track awhile back with an 02 with flowmaster exhaust and cold air intake and he ran a 15.3! There not all that fast at all!

Yeah, the 360 is a low-revving truck motor. It is not intended for all out performance--it was developed for trailer towing torque. Look at its redline...barely over 5k. All the 360 is a stroked version of the 318.
