Roll Pan is F*ed!!!!!!! And its Welded! Problem?

Roll pan is smashd in, has a pretty good crease in it. On the left side half of the weld on the bottom is broke off and its cracked all the way up that side. On the bottom left the rollpan is wrinkled under. Got the SS cladding on the bottom of the tailgate and put a small dent at the top of the gate. Im not sure how fixable the pan is, but my dad said it was. I'm going to talk to my mud man tomorrow who is badass at what he does and see if he can take care of it for me. Its a little to much for me to fix I think.

Everyone has always wondered if you have a welded rollpan and it gets smashed what do you do? Worse case senario I will have to saw zaw it off the get a new one and weld it in. Hopefully that doesnt happen. I will post pics tomorrow when I get the the shop.

bummer. I like the urethane rollpans for the flexability. I don't know how many times my old one gut bumped. I guess you'll be finding out how much work it is to remove the welds.

Man that sucks. How or where did it happen? But if you need a new one, where would you buy it from?

Doesn't look too bad. Should be easily fixable.

That was one reason why i am still debating on getting the roll pan welded.
