sounds like u have a bad connection somewhere, plow wiring harness's can be a bitch to troubleshoot. a plow dealership should be able to help u quickly, even over the phone prob.

i still like too diagnose and suck up the knowledge .lol.since the plow dealrship i bought it from is only about a 1/8 mile up the rd.it just dont seem right i took all these steps 4 precaution and its still doing this.last year it didnt do this ,same setup.if i use my beacon ,even my heater on high it makes it worse .i checked both batts today and theyre putting out proper amperage.so im thinking either ground or pump on plow is drawing more as it gets older .ive heard that electric plows do that with age..im open for INTELLIGENT sugg.[dont mean u yellow ]

Since you want INTELLIGENT suggestions, I will go ahead and chime in...
Ok, when did this start? Was it working fine before? Did it happen all of a sudden, or has it progressively become worse?
With your 145A alternator and two batteries, you shouldn't be having any issues at all. I would start doing the easy things...check the connections at the alternator. And then if they are fine, check the wires leading from the alternator. Check ground wires from the plow. You will have to comb through a bunch of wiring to make sure your connections are solid, but like you said--you will have a better knowledge of your plow's wiring setup.
You may also consider just taking the alternator off and going to VatoZone so they can test it to see if it is working properly. For all you know, the alt. could be on it's way to the poop chute...

well after a simple diagnosis this morning.truck wouldnt start, lol .i went to my shop and discovered that the battery somehow only had 1/2 the ccr it should have .i pulled the batt replaced, plus i got too find some acid infested issues, like rotted windshield washer lines.lol.then i got too do something ive been wanting to do for awile, rerun all my positive and nigertive wires to dedicated top post,i got a dual post batt for that reason.thanks for all the input anyway always appreciated.
