    Thought I did horrible

    well i was headed home from work on i35e and this black newer escalade blasts up with paper tags...needless to say i gave him alittle throttle....started from about 60-65...he pulled maybe a half a truck on me until i hit my higher rpms(about 80-90) pulled one truck length infront of him until i shift at about 90 then he pulls back alittle to about half length back...take it all the way to 120 and i guess his limiter is set at about 110 cause thats about when i pulled away for good. i thought i should have done alot better than him i could see that he was sporting some corsa side exhaust tips and there is no mistaking that sound.

    got home and looked up specs on the escalade.

    curb weight 5,511 (2wd) 5,708(awd)

    power from the 6.2L 403hp 417tq

    plus the 6l80e

    so i guess i didnt do half bad against something with 100 more ponies and similar weight, especially since his tranny was helping him stay in the power band.

    yeah they got a nice set up stock

    Yes, it is Giggity-Giggity...
    I easily outran a Escalade EXT truck with wheels and exhaust (who knows whatelse) from a 50 punch. He got the leap on me (probably because of his 6 gears), but I just walked away and shut it down around 110 and he was 1-2 lengths behind me...

    now i really want to get the cam installed and hopefully get the radix mid to late summer...then i'd like to run into him again....hehe
