    Need Instructions on Mcgaughys 11004

As title states. I had someone else install and I never got the instructions. I need them to determine which air spring system to go with or if I can make the one I have work.
There are 2 sets of holes on the hangers and 2 on the shackles. I am on the higher ones. I want to know exactly what the lower holes are designed for. Pinion angle level of drop etc etc etc.
I am really tired of bottoming out. I also can not tow my trailer with anything in it cause it rides on the axle. I would like to raise up an inch to be level to.
    I found this thread

    Helper Bags - GMfullsize Forums

    Looking at these

StylinTrucks.com Air Lift Slam Air Ride Control Kit

    Bought these.

    They don't fit too tall.
Sorry for the long post. I don't want to buy the wrong thing again

Did you check for instruction on the McGaugheys website?

Yeah they don't have them on that format and would not fax them to me without a receipt. They did answer a question I had at the time but i still would like the instructions.

so you cant tow with a 2/4 drop kit without having the helper bags on there? I want to do this same kit on my truck, the 2in spindles and 2in hangers and 2in shackles, but i didnt figure it woudl hurt the towing at all, as i dont want to mess with helper bags.

It really depends on what you are towing. I have very little travel till i hit the bump stops. I also have a heavy 14' enclosed trailer. You would have no problems with a light weight trailer with a lawn mower on it. My main problem is I am sick of bouncing off the bump stops and sitting on them when towing the trailer.
    Yes bump stops are trimmed.

well the most id be towing will be a two axle 16-18ft open car hauler with my Sonoma GT on it. Probably ~5500 pounds at most.

I guess if i have to do the helper bags i will, i had them on my last ride, and they are easy to install and adjust.

My drop is a 3/4. I used to tow a 20' enclosed trailer w/6 quads inside with no problem. All I had were air shocks. But I didn't really like the ride when all the air was out when I wasn't towing. If I were to go back I would do the bags.
