    New in the GM family

I used to have an SRT8 grand cherokee, and was sold saturday`s afternoon, I`m recieving a 2008 sierra denali 6.2 fully loaded, hope I can make it run almost as hard as my jeep, my jeep used to run 13.84 bone stock, GM`s are more friendly to aftermarket performance parts, I`m almost sure that with your help, advices and experience I can make it run hard, hope everybody have a nice week

    Timo

We have a section in the rules about Mexicans.

Just kidding and I'm jealous about the Denali. They're sweet trucks...Welcome to the site!

Welcome Vato! hehehe, just kidding man! You are more then welcome to this site!!! You have some work ahead of you to get that heavy beast down into the mid 13's... They run 14.5 stock, so a 1 sec difference is totally obtainable. Since yours is fully loaded, I am guessing it came optioned with the AWD? There really isn't much for the L92/6.2L out there yet. I'd say to start with a custom tune, CAI, exhaust, and some mapping of the tranny shift points/torque management. You are going to love the 6L80e tranny!

It should be AWD. A stall will cut huge amounts of time off.
