    Angry Speeding ticket ?

a few weeks ago i was driving on the 35 and i had my cruse set at 70 mph and the speed limit is 65. i needed to get over for my exit and i was in the left hand lane, there were two 18 wheelers next to me and no opening behind them but there was one in front. so i gave it some gas ( i think up to 75 max) and was getting into my lane then and then a bike cop comes out from behind the 18 wheelers and puts his lights on saying he got me at 84 mph. and i was like what the heck. so my question is can a bike cop tell your speed while he is driving? i know cop cars can because of there computerized and calculated radars. there was no way he was stopped because from were i sped up to exit and where he got me was like 3 - 5 seconds

i notice that he got me at 84 and if it was 85 i would get finned big time.

pacing is the most inaccurate form of speed indication, you should be able to get out of that easy, my wife has gotten out of those a few times. she is the speeder in our family. i think they need to be pacing you for a certain distance and stuff like that. i got this huge thing off the internet that gives lots of loopholes for getting out of tickets

If you really need to get off of the ticket, hire a lawyer that deals in traffic citations. They can get it reduced to a lower non-moving violation so it doesn't affect your insurance.

Yeah, I don't know the exact distance, but it is the most inaccurate as the_jester said.
