    Crank pulley

Does the crank pulley have to go on, on the same place as it came off? Thanks for the help in advance. If it was suppose to have two dots, then i take it i have to have my engine balance?

yeah, put the pulley back on where it came from. Don't carry it around in your tool box, it won't do you much good there.

No there isn't an alignment dot. Just put it back on and tighten the crap out of it. You might want to warm the snout up a bit to help the installation.

Make sure you get a new crank pulley bolt. They are like head bolts--they are torque-to-yield and can only be used once. Most people say screw it and use it again, but you are rolling the dice. They are about $7.50 at the stealership. I would advise using an impact wrench to get it on/off. Trust me on this...
