If I remember my fuel pressures correctly the trucks should run 50 psi at idle and if you have the vacuum reference fuel rail fuel pressure regulator it should go to 54-56 psi upon acceleration/low vacuum.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709

sorry guys iv been working on that setupall fn day what a nightmare ,thanks for thepressure info red ,needlesstoo say i have about 150 psi and climbing ,idk.needless too say i have about 150 psi and climbing ,i got too tired too deal with it i think i can adjust the pressure on this fancy electric pressure controll digital b.s..it is a external setup.i kept the factory return idk if that will be a problem or not?hope fully i can turn down the pressure or the pump pressure somehow in the morning .its the aeromotive p/n 11104 andp/n16302 pump speedcontroller.if someone could look at thes and tell me why it wont quit building pressure and let me know id be gratefull this makes me mad im sure its something little but i d k.i tried quickly adjusting the screw on the pump and it wouldnt turn so i guess that dont move ha.im open for any sugg,if anyone has any exp with these, thanks ahead
