I was just hooking up my new wiring harness and noticed it has an alternator connector. Did you guys plug this in and use it? Did you use the trucks original wire and just get a plug for it? I am wondering if I use the new harness plug if the voltage will read for the gauges or if the check gauges will come on because of no voltage showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
