What's up No power--as in when you plug in a scanner or programmer? Are you sure the scanner/programmer works and has batteries? Call a parts or service tech at a dealership and try to see if there is a specific fuse or replay that controls the OBD-II port...

Used to be it was the cigarette lighter fuse that powered the OBD port.

i had that same problem at one time..... after an ASSLOAD of money i spent on other things that all went wrong at once......

a stealership changed out the whole fuse junction box underneath the hood and everything worked fine.....

so i would check a specific fuse in that box

correct, it is powered through the cig fuse, which is in the fuse block under the hood.
On the obd2 port, pin # 16 is battery positive voltage, orange wire
pin # 4 black & 5bk/wh are grounds

Well, with that said, go check the fuse. If that isn't the culprit, then get the test light out and see if those pins are working...
