    So is the drive shaft hooked up and will it go into gear?

    yeah, i backed it down my driveway and then pulled it forward. It goes into Park, but it is just barely hitting on the neutral safety switch, so I need to clearance the arm on the transmission so it doesnt hit anymore. If I dont finish it completely, it will still be able to be driven up and down the trailer.

    Alright. So when you try to rev it up does it die right when you hit the throttle or will it rev up and then down then die?

    no, you can rev and hold it, but if you suddenly let off, it will drop and die. if you EASE it down, it will catch and continue idling.

    Im sure it is a tune thing, but since I cant talk to the ECU again I cant fix it

    I will try and remember to get a video of it tonight.

    Im workin out my finances at the moment tryin to get the truck but it looks like it will be a couple weeks at the earliest unless someone buys my 57 chevy pickup I have for sale.

    its no rush. i work on it as i have time. obviously if i can get it completely straightened out, then it will be priced higher or it may not be for sale at all lol. i actually plan on working on it tonight.

    Well I'm sure if you get it runnng good then you won't want to sell it. A big part of me hopes you don't fix it lol.

    Probably wont, I dont get much free time. I is REALLY annoying, because I know it is something really stupid as to why I cant connect to the ECU. I have been planning on pulling the harness off to see if I can figure out whats up, but every time I try I have to go do something else.

    The hard stuff is done, and I figure for $2500 it is a steal for the little work that would need done.
