The old numbers were 475.7 hp with the setup that you have now. I put 5XX b/c I didn't know hat the final numbers would be on the new setup? Kind of a guess?

Any guesses on the final wheel HP?

    I'd say 510hp?

6.0L with a T-76 running 10psi should bump 575-600rwhp mark even with an automatic.

btw: those A1000 are LOUD !!!!!
You might want to consider running dual external Walbro. instead.

If you are hung up on using the A1000, look into the Aeromotive Eliminator pump instead.
It is same size and shape as A1000, but flows 20% more and has bigger inlet and outlet fittings.
I run one on my Stang, nice pump.

If you ever want to turn up the boost the A1000 is already maxed out on a forced induction
    engine at just over 600rwhp.

my a1000 is fine over 700 rwhp. they claim its good for 1k hp forced induction. I plan to see, if not i will just run 2 since i have a few of them...lol...

I Highly doubt that, i've run the A1000 up past 850-900whp numerous times and never had one flinch yet. But yes they are fairly loud. There are quite a few nice pumps out there now

    **Edit**
with twin walboro 255's or bosche 044's you shouldnt be running out of fuel yet, what injectors/lines/pressure are you running and what kind of fuel (E85/98, race gas or just regular 'pump'?) they should flow fairly close to what the A1000 flows

His setup consists of dual walbros, but specifically, one in the tank and one inline.
Unfortunately, when running two pumps like that, you don't double your capacity, you're still stuck with one inline pump.

I've also tried two walbros in the tank, with a Y fitting and it's just slightly better than the other config.
Of course this was on a procharged 6L with 15psi.

Have one Walbro feed each side of the fuel rails. That should be good for 1000 RWHP. I saw Billy do that on a turbo fbody. No shortage of fuel that way.

    ah that would explain it...

And i've run plenty of walboro/bosche 044's with a Y block (or tripple block) and gotten tonns of flow and power (not intank setups), but then again i dont really use stock fuel lines in anything except the odd street setup below 500hp

I'll check each pump and see if one is getting weak, it was working great for the longest time and I can't see the truck making more than another 70hp with the new setup.
