Like the ss wheels, very nice. I like the police wheels, I like the way the look on the truck (considering my truck is almost identical). What size tires are you running on those? How about $75 shipped?

My bad, i didnt think u wanted to sell your wheels, they look pretty good on your truck. The price was for redheartbeat. $100 is a lil steep. I found a guy in tennessee that will sell me a brand new set with lugnuts for $100 shipped and warrantys his product etc. I wish the wheel company we order from sold oem wheels like that. I only have to pay 10% above store cost.

Really? $100.00 for four(4) new 2" thick adapters with 14 millimeter studs, shipped to your door? Whats the companies name? Do they have a website?

I believe those are the same ones I have. I remember searching until I found some with insurance.

Also, if you do a little research, lots of jeeps and off road enthusiasts use them and if they can stand up to the pressure and strain those boys put on them, they can handle what we do. Maybe your friend doesn't know how to tighten lugs?

Touché. I've just never trusted them after that. He was a bit of a hack but it still got me thinking. Like I had said earlier though, the truck found it's way into the water just about every weekend after a few brew at the lake.

Meh, I was iffy at first about them as well. In the end, I've been running them for about 4 years on my 69 and have had no issues. I check the lugs on them when I rotate tires and they have yet to be lose.

Or, you could swap over to light duty 3/4 ton (2500) 6 lug rotors, and axles (or re drill the rear axles)
Those wheels are hard to find. I have only found one wheel and the guy wanted too much for it. I like the way they make the truck look.
